Tickets are applied for in one-hour increments (10:00, 11:00, etc.), but tickets are assigned serial numbers (A, B, C, etc.), and the serial number determines the time you can enter. There are three slots (serial numbers) per hour, and new visitors are admitted every 20 minutes.
